Khings Birthday Cake

This is my first attempt at a birthday cake and I'd say it wasn't too bad for a first attempt.
Its Victoria sponge, with butter cream icing and strawberry jam in the middle. With pink icing on the top :) and some sprinkley bits!

Green and Blacks, 80% dark chocolate cupcakes with melted green and blacks chocolate on the top.

Personally, I'm not a massive fan of the whole chocolate cake thing but I decided to try it out and they where pretty good :)

I think somebody appreciated my cakes :)

My friends little brother Cillian, he's only like 18 months old :)

I made these the other day when at home with nothing to do :)

First of all I doubled the mixture then decided that it wasn't going to work in normal cupcake cases after the time before that were I had a massive fail and they looked rubbish.

So my lovely daddy went out and bought muffin cases, and man it payed off!

They are pink, vanilla sponge with pink butter icing on.. yuumm..

I must thank my mum aswell as she mastered the whole icing fiasco haha ;)

I am officially proud :) x
